The Foscarini Rituals series is a poetic collection of table and suspension lights that beautifully merges Italian craftsmanship with Eastern inspiration. The design challenge was ambitious: to capture the delicate lightness of washi paper—used in traditional Japanese lanterns—and translate it into the richness and solidity of glass.

Crafted by Master Glassmakers in Murano

This vision was only possible through the expert knowledge of Foscarini and the Murano glass-making tradition. Each lamp is made from satin-blown glass, with the surface cut by hand into irregular horizontal incisions of varying depth and spacing. These carved lines subtly interrupt the surface, creating a play of light and shadow that softens the glow and adds texture to the light.

Organic Forms and Versatile Function

The Rituals table light is available in four distinct shapes and sizes, each with its own sculptural presence. Whether standing alone or in groups, these lamps provide a warm, atmospheric light that suits a wide range of interiors. Select models also include a dimmer function for flexible lighting moods.
